Soleil

Located at the corner of Ash and Bates Streets in downtown Lewiston, Soleil is a planned new construction development that will create 72 one- and two-bedroom homes for families with incomes at or below 60% of Area Median Income, including units supported by rental assistance. The development will feature resident amenities such as laundry rooms, bike storage, a community room, and outdoor seating areas, along with more than 7,000 square feet of new commercial space to support local businesses. Construction is expected to begin in 2026, with occupancy anticipated in 2027, and the project represents a key investment in revitalizing the Tree Streets neighborhood.
