Lewiston Housing is pleased to announce the availability of our draft administrative plan for Admissions and Continued Occupancy (ACOP). We invite all interested community members to review the plan on our website.

We will hold a public meeting to discuss the draft ACOP on November 3, 2025, at 1 PM EST at 86 Lisbon Street, Lewiston, ME.

We encourage community feedback and welcome written comments over the next 45 days. All public comments should be in writing and received by 5:00 PM EST on November 30, 2025. Comments can be emailed, mailed, or hand-delivered to:

The ACOP addresses the Public Housing program. Following U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines, Lewiston Housing must offer opportunities for resident and public comment whenever changes are made to the ACOP. The Lewiston Housing Board of Commissioners will vote on the ACOP at a TBD meeting. This meeting will be a public meeting and will be announced as soon as it is scheduled.
