The Mainstream Voucher Program provides rental assistance to non-elderly individuals with disabilities who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Lewiston Housing currently administers 139 Mainstream vouchers.
We maintain a separate waiting list for this program. While all qualified individuals may apply, referrals from the Maine State Continuum of Care (CoC) will be given priority.
