Lewiston Housing is the host of the Homeless Response Service Hub for Androscoggin County.
Lewiston Housing serves as the Homeless Service Hub for Region 4, supporting the homeless response system across Androscoggin County. As the Hub, we:
• Bring together and support collaboration among service providers across the county
• Manage the Coordinated Entry system for individuals and families experiencing homelessness
• Lead ongoing quality improvement efforts, including performance tracking, project coordination, and implementation of work plans
