The Administrative Plan addresses both Tenant Based Vouchers and Project Based Vouchers. Following U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines, Lewiston Housing must offer opportunities for resident and public comment whenever changes are made to the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan. The Lewiston Housing Board of Commissioners will vote on the plan on September 26, 2023, at 5:00 PM.
