DeWitt
Lewiston Housing, in partnership with Avesta Housing, is redeveloping the DeWitt site on Pine Street, across from Kennedy Park, into a mixed-use housing development.
The project will deliver 104 new one- and two-bedroom apartments in two buildings, with ground-floor commercial space supporting neighborhood services. The first building is slated to open in Fall 2026.
DeWitt replaces aging housing with modern, energy-efficient homes and advances continued reinvestment in the Tree Streets neighborhood.
