Martel
Lewiston Housing is developing a three-phase senior housing project at the former Martel School site, beginning with a 44-unit, PBV-assisted building for residents 55+ at or below 50% AMI with shared amenities, breaking ground in early 2026 for 2027 occupancy, followed by a second identical 44-unit phase starting in late 2026.

Soleil
Located at the corner of Ash and Bates Streets in downtown Lewiston, Soleil Apartments is a planned 72-unit family development for households at or below 60% AMI, with on-site amenities and 7,000 square feet of new commercial space, slated to begin construction in 2026 and serve as a key investment in revitalizing the Tree Streets neighborhood.

DeWitt
Lewiston Housing, in partnership with Avesta Housing, is redeveloping the DeWitt site on Pine Street, across from Kennedy Park, into a mixed-use housing development.
The project will deliver 104 new one- and two-bedroom apartments in two buildings, with ground-floor commercial space supporting neighborhood services. DeWitt replaces aging housing with modern, energy-efficient homes and advances continued reinvestment in the Tree Streets neighborhood.

Wedgewood
Wedgewood is a lower-density redevelopment spanning the block bounded by Pine, Pierce, Walnut, and Bartlett Streets, combining historic preservation with new construction.
The development includes 82 apartments across nine buildings, featuring a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes. The plan blends the rehabilitation of the historic Wedgewood House with new townhouse-style buildings and apartment homes.
