About Wedgewood

Wedgewood is the first property developed as part of the Choice Neighborhood Implementation Grant and is a key component of the Tree Streets Neighborhood revitalization project. This vibrant new community will feature nine buildings with a total of 82 units for individuals and families, offering modern and affordable housing options that support the ongoing transformation of the Tree Streets area. The first building is scheduled for completion in mid-October 2024, with the remaining buildings to follow between late 2024 and mid-2025.

• 3 Bedrooms: $1,071 – $1,285
• 4 Bedrooms: $1,195 – $1,434
